On March 4, 2025, the Governor’s Regional Solutions Team visited Albany to learn more about the East Albany Town Center project. More than 50 leaders from the community, partner organizations, the City of Albany, and the State of Oregon came together to discuss the vision for East Albany’s future. The event was a powerful demonstration of collaborative commitment—bringing together voices from across sectors to support a development strategy that aligns with community needs.

This visit underscored the importance of public-private partnerships and strategic investments in shaping East Albany’s growth. With strong engagement from local and state leaders, we are confident that EATC can become a model for inclusive, community-driven development in Oregon.
