Local Government Spring Conference

Local Government Spring Conference, held May 1-2 at the Mill Casino in North Bend

We had an incredible time at the sixth Local Government Spring Conference, held May 1-2 at the Mill Casino in North Bend! The excitement was palpable as the LOC and its member cities came together for an inspiring event filled with networking, learning, and meaningful discussions.

Local officials spoke to us about the urgent need for real housing solutions, with workforce housing top of mind. We had valuable conversations about our existing projects and explored ways to facilitate public engagement and involve community leaders. Additionally, we engaged with cities on how they can play a key role in improving affordability and streamlining processes to reduce overall costs—benefiting both municipal budgets and the final price of public and private projects. The energy, insights, and shared commitment to progress made this event truly unforgettable!
