On April 22nd, 2025, our client, Affordable Housing Oregon, reached a significant milestone with the groundbreaking of 15Fifty Place, a development designed to provide safe, affordable housing for workforce members, veterans, and people with disabilities.

This project is made possible through strong collaboration among partners, community leaders, and public-private partnerships—with no public funds or subsidies while bringing affordable housing—ensuring the resources and support needed to bring quality housing solutions to those who need them most. 15Fifty Place will feature a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and accessible units, creating opportunities for stability and independence.
